Support for getParameter and window resize #8

A small contribution:

Added support for Applet.getParameter (retrieve value of the attribute "param-xxx" of the Applet tag)
Improved resize callback to not resize canvas if the HTML element has not changed size, or if it has, call the repaint function.

Note: obviously not included in the PR, but I needed to remove src/main/java/javax/swing folder to be able to build because of errors on the swing part.
