• Can you write a github action triggered on a pull request update that will count each author's contribution (measured by lines of code) to the code changes. It can ignore insertion and deletions of empty lines.
• Here are the steps outlined in pseudocode:
  • Define the GitHub Action workflow triggered on pull request updates.
  • Set up the job to run on a specific environment (e.g., Ubuntu).
  • Check out the repository.
  • Install necessary tools (e.g., git).
  • Fetch the pull request changes.
  • Count the lines of code added and removed by each author, ignoring empty lines.
  • Output the results as a comment in the pull request
