Added preprocessing script to replace relative path in hdf5 with absolute path

#Example usage:
#(recommended)
python ./scripts/preprocess_hdf5.py -i ./datasets/playdata/demo.hdf5 -o ./datasets/playdata/demo_modified.hdf5
#(if want to update hdf5 file inplace)
python ./scripts/preprocess_hdf5.py -i ./datasets/playdata/demo.hdf5 --override

Update README
