Description

Create a main menu that will appear on start

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Main menu exists
[ ] Can exit the game from menu
[ ] Can enter a new game from menu
[ ] Has a button to access "Options" (Does not need to work)
[ ] On play the game starts from the main menu

Implementation

[ ] Create the WBPBlueprint
[ ] Change the input mode to be exclusively UI
