Ability to use PDF templates as background elements #142

Enhancement request

Similar to capabilities of Crystal reports and many others, it would be
nice to be able to use a PDF template as a background image so that we can
add just the text elements to the newly created PDF (instead of having to
code all background elements).

I create a separated library for this. 
Please check it at http://gonzalo.huerta.cl
It is based on PDFi extension for FPDF, so you can follow the examples there to 
use it ^^
