matplotlib cavns can't refresh with newdata in the VisualizerObserver #136

hello, may it can't refresh with new data in the VisualizerObserver?

Sorry, I open the Scientific Mode,so that it can't auto refresh, when I closed the option 'Show plots in tool window' in the Setting-Python-Scientific,it is worked normally. ThankYou very Much
