https://github.com/release-drafter/release-drafter is an helpful tool that generates automatically a changelog associated with each tag/release.
This could be really useful, because currently there's no changelog associated to releases, e.g. https://github.com/jQAssistant/jqa-java-plugin/tags
I can help configuring the tool on a few repositories if you like the idea.
