Add property to skip the execution of the Maven plugin during a Maven build #104

It would be a great plus to have a property like skipJQA to disable the execution of the JQAssistent Maven plugin in a similar manner as skipTests for Surefire.

This would allow me to execute enable jQAssistent always but giving the user the change to skip its execution to keep the build time short.

The maven plugin will be extended to provide

a skip property in the configuration section of the plugin
and property "-Djqassistant.skip" on the command line.
