Update pluginGroup in docs #83

Since M3 the pluginGroup in settings.xml should be 'com.buschmais.jqassistant.scm'. Same for groupId of jqassistant-maven-plugin. Regards Sebastian

The documentation is currently being migrated from the GitHub wiki to a GitHub page. The new documentation refers to the correct plugin group. I've added

a note on the Wiki that the documentation there might be outdated
and a link to README.md (displayed if https://github.com/buschmais/jqassistant is opened) pointing to documentation of the latest stable release.
