Allow for fieldset #120

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Can we please allow the <fieldset> tag to encompass the tree. If the
fieldset tag is present, then the tree is not produced.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Drupal integration with fieldsets

Dear Wendt,
upon closer examination, this bug is not true. Apologies for any trouble. 

On another note, I managed to find a way to produce a dynatree using the Drupal 
Form
API. Maybe I will write a module to wrap it...
