Allow reordering within the tree #150

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
It would be nice if you could drag an element and see a line in between other 
elements as you are dragging to indicate that you could move the dragging 
element. If you drag over a container, the container would have a much 
different css class to indicate that you are dropping inside that container, 
but just a little line to indicate reordering.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Well to achieve this now, I have to use a separet table like structure to do 
the reordering of the elements that are already being displayed fantastically 
in the dynatree.

The new drag-and-drop feature will provide this (yes I know, it's overdue, but 
still alive ;-)
