Use + sign as loading indicator #158

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

When Outlook 2003 Webaccess retrieves a folder from the server, the plus signs 
is temporarily replaced by the loading icon (ltWait.gif)

DynaTree could also benefit from this; display can be less jumpy.

At some times the loading icon still flashes for a moment.
The moment you notice it, it's already gone.

But still, it annoys me :)

I've attached something to play with.

dynatree-1.0.0_alpha3 does a wonderful job at this!

Yeah I noticed the icon :)

Mind you though, I guess it's Microsofts, since they use it in their Outlook 
2003 Webaccess software.
