Not working with jquery 1.8.2 #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed and got jscrollpane working with older jquery
2. but I need it working with newest version
3. due to other scripts on the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping it would work the same.

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system? This version: 
http://www.kelvinluck.com/assets/jquery/jScrollPane/jScrollPane.html, Chrome, 
IE, and FireFox, Windows 7.

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem. Not live yet.

Please provide any additional information below.

That's a really old version of the jScrollPane code! Please see the newer 
version:

There was a message on those old pages referring to the new pages but it looks 
like it's disappeared... I'll add it back in ASAP...
