No Close button in IE on file viewr #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.View image/file/video
2.Image/file/video opens up or starts playing
3.No way to close the viewer window (close button missing). Closing the browser 
it's the only option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue occurs in IE8. File viewer works fine, but there's no way to close 
the viewer window (the Close button, its missing). 

Also tested in Firefox and the Close button it's there.

It seems to be there, but for some reason it has been dropped to another row 
(there is a tiny bit visible in the bottom if you look closely). So this is a 
css issue, probably same thing as with the drop box button.

Versions prior to IE9 are not supported anymore.
