Add a test script

Script to:

• Test all validators
• Test reading all the possible data types and formats
• Report how many tests failed & passed, what needs to be fixed

Potentially use some fancy testing package that makes life easy

As part of this issue, we will also likely need new test cases.

Also look into CI/CD /automated tests in github
