add KEA to readme #9

No project is complete without an AI generated image in the readme.

Kudos to @kimessenbergfonterra for generating this.

Add a bit more to the readme (For example add on to the explanation of what the package is about) and credit the AI generation tool that was used for this and I'll be happy to merge.
