Notifications sometimes stop counting down #1

Affected device Desktop computer (Windows 10)

Browser Chrome, latest version

Steps to reproduce I haven't been able to reproduce at will, what I have done is open chrome dev tools, add a bunch of notifications and just drag mouse over them and sometimes they just seem to get stuck.

@ja1984 I am interested to fix all your bugs but i need a proper contrib guide, like how can i reproduces these bugs

@amitsin6h cool, i havet really been able to reproduce them, seems to be completely random. I will write something up tonight though!

@amitsin6h I have updated the initial comment with some more information, I am not able to see a pattern when trying to reproduce the issue unfortunately.
