Menu Bar does not use Windows Colors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right Click the Windows Desktop, and choose Display Properties
2. Use either the Themes tab or the Appearance tab, and change the windows 
colors, so that the "Menu" color changes.
3. Notice that QuietRSS's menu color does not change.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for QuietRSS to have the same menu color as all of my 
other applications.  Instead, it remains a pale blue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.12.2 (20.02.2013), Revision 2062.
The operating system is Windows XP, Version 2002, Service Pack 3.
