Greek characters appear scrambled (encoding problem?)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add http://www.enternity.gr/Rssfeeds/News.html to the feeds
2. Add http://www.gameover.gr/rss to the feeds
3. In google reader both feeds appear OK
4. In QuiteRSS, the Greek characters appear scrambled in the 1st feed
5. In QuiteRSS, the 2nd feed appears fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the greek characters be encoded properly. What i 
see is scrambled characters where the greek letters should be.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 SP1 x64, QuiteRSS v0.12.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I tested the same feeds in google reader and they appear fine. but in QuiteRSS 
they dont appear fine! I'm attaching 2 screenshots. The first screenshot is 
with the 1st feed (the one with the problem), and the 2nd screenshot is with 
the 2nd feed.
