IEMs having less bass than Harman 2019v2 target #611

Describe the bug Comparing the pre computed filters against the Harman 2019v2 target, IEMs seem to have around 3 dB less bass than they should have.

To Reproduce Download parametric filter for an IEM, upload to Crin graph or squig.

Expected behavior EQ should match Harman 2019v2 on graph.

It is explained here

"Harman targets actually ask for about +6dB for over-ears and +9dB for in-ears but since some headphones cannot achieve this with positive gain limited to +6dB, a smaller boost was selected."
