Add EasyEffects GraphicEQ option and graphic-eq-bands option #703

Implements https://github.com/jaakkopasanen/AutoEq/issues/700 simply by changing the value of f_step according to the number of bands required.

This currently breaks Wavelet compatibility (see https://pittvandewitt.github.io/Wavelet/Import/)
