I have AirPods Pro that came out on a launch with certain deffects. It could be that later versions that does not have those deffects are "2nd generation". Just an idea.
As I said, "Apple AirPods Pro 2" and "Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation)" are two names for the same product.
"Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation)" is the official name, but online they are commonly called "Apple AirPods Pro 2." They are both a revision of the original AirPods Pro.
"Apple AirPods Pro 2" and "Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation)" are the same product. Yet they have two different EQs in the results with some fairly large differences. It seems like at least one of the two must be wrong.
