Powershell 5 #10

Note: This package requires powershell 5 to be installed. Not sure if it can be checked somehow. Adding this issue to help anyone who runs into this problem like I did.

@dannymyers What issue did you run into and is PS5 to be installed on the build box or the target server?

Appreciate any info, I'm getting the error "Deployment on one or more machines failed. System.Exception: The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: System.Management.Automation.RemoteException "
