Support for delayed startup type #22

PR to add the option to set a service startup type to Automatic (Delayed) aka --delayed in the topshelf cmdline. See #21

Had some issues trying to get json formatting right, ended up using "Format document" in VS Code to align file content.

Thanks for the contribution. I don't see any changes to the .ps1 files. Are you missing some changes?

No the value from the radio button matches the —delayed cmdline switch.

Unless I have misunderstood the way the power shell cmdlet wraps top shelf cmdline.
