Redundant directory

@cskitty Do you need the paper_code directory? I'm organizing and auditing your work and I think that would be good enough for having the codes in one place. Lmk if you need that directory, otherwise please go ahead and move the files to the relevant directories (General loop, scale-mamaba etc)

Paper_code directory has the relevant code combined together - so loop and scale mamba are no longer needed because I put the code used for the project in paper_code

Lets have separate directories. I put the general loop detection algorithm and benchmarking in the same directory, scale mamba and tinysmpc in a separate one. We may need to remove the Paper_code but before doing that, let's make sure all the materials are moved to proper direcotories.
