Noto Nastaliq Urdu draft freezes Firefox for 5+ seconds #186

Try for example loading this page in Firefox:

  http://behdad.org/urdu

Observe it freezing for 5+ seconds.

I debugged this with Jonathan Kew.  The root cause was within HarfBuzz.  I just 
committed a fix to HarfBuzz:

Also, Firefox is doing a patch to speed things up a bit generally, and avoid 
this pathological case at the same time:

Future Firefox releases should have this fully resolved.  Keeping issue open 
here until we can confirm on Firefox release.
