Where the id seems to increment with the chapter. The manga I was reading (and converted to another reader for simplicity's sake) was ch1 id=12389 (or so), ch2 id=12390, etc.
I don't plan to fix this until I have no other alternatives. I'm not even properly sure this can be fixed without reworking the way updates are handled.
