Things bevy_spine doesn't support but might eventually:

[ ] Customizable frame updater
[ ] Fixed timestep events
[x] 3D support (#5)
[x] Custom materials (#5)
[ ] Backface culling support (#4)
[ ] Bone z ordering (requires using the rusty_spine simple drawer)
[ ] Render skeleton to render target
