At the digital meeting on 28/11/2023, updates to the equal merit provision were discussed. It is not currently possible to create a report that collects EMP information from across multiple exercises; it is prepared manually by compiling the data from multiple SCC papers. A pan-exercise report is required, capturing all instances where EMP is applied on the basis of gender and on the basis of ethnicity with a breakdown by stage.
Feature(s) Description
[ ] Create a standalone report in the following format, including a column for the Exercise reference
[ ] Similar to the report Sean uses on the Live Exercises page It needs to be a report, the user would select multiple exercises (or all exercises) and click Export data
[ ] Add an Export EMP data button to the left of Export data
[ ] Users must be able to apply the filters in order to select which exercises are included in the report
[ ] TBC Users must be able to filter by date range, launched within financial year, recommendation within financial year, fee-paid legal exercises, salaried exercises etc

Who will be using this report?
The proposed table does not make complete sense; there appears to be duplication of rows (emp:applied), unnecessary content (emp:noanswer), also clarification required: do we want all the rows to be created for all exercises and how do we want them to be ordered; by exercise or by stage?
User Testing Steps
On the Live Exercises page, use the date filters OR the check boxes to select the exercises you would like to see included in the report

When admin is on the Live Exercises page and selects multiple exercises and clicks Export data, then an EMP report should be generated with a column for the Exercise reference
[ ] Report Filters
When admin is on the Live Exercises page and applies filters to select which exercises are included in the report, then the report should only include the selected exercises
[ ] Date Range Filter
When admin is on the Live Exercises page and filters by date range, selecting exercises launched within the financial year, then the report should only include exercises launched within the financial year
[ ] Report Ordering
When admin is on the Live Exercises page and selects exercises and runs the report, then the report should be ordered by exercise or by stage
