Moderation Set-up - Flag for Moderation

Background

Admins need to see a list of candidates with their scores and the reason they have been flagged for moderation. On the overview tab they will have seen the moderation totals so, this information will allow them to make final decisions about which candidates should be flagged for moderation. Ultimately we will need to perform moderation for all shortlisting tasks, i.e. sift, ST and selection day.

User Story

As an Admin, I would like to be able to view the candidates flagged by the panellists for moderation and the reasons so that I can decide which candidates will be moderated. As an Admin, I would like to understand why the panel have flagged a candidate for moderation so that I can approve/reject from moderation.

Feature(s) Description

• [ ] On the Score sheet tab, sort candidates in overall score (%) order descending
• [ ] On the Score sheet tab, display the scenario test scores
• [ ] On the Score sheet tab, display the protected characteristics
• [ ] On the Score sheet tab, display the moderation tickbox
• [ ] On the Score sheet tab, display the reason for moderation

Acceptance Criteria

It is done when Admins can view the above features on score sheet. The panel chair can specify why they are flagging a candidate for moderation, this is logged against the candidate and the SET can view the reason in Admin.

User testing steps

The objective of this ticket is to give Admins an overview of candidates flagged so far for moderation, the reasons why, their scores and protected characteristics in order to facilitate next steps in finalising the candidates selected for moderation.
