Background

Allocate moderation candidates to panels. Overview of the panellists moderation setup page

User Story

As an admin, I would like to the list of candidates to be moderated.

Feature(s) Description

• [ ] Allocate moderation candidates to panels.
• [ ] Panels should have an equal number of candidates for moderation and an equal number to be moderated.
• [ ] Account for multiple jurisdictions (some candidates may have been seen by multiple panels).
• [ ] Display metrics breakdown of protected characteristics for moderation candidates.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Admin should be able to select a candidate
• [ ] Admin should be able to choose the panel for allocation
• [ ] Candidate should be assigned to the selected panel
• [ ] Panels should have an equal number of candidates for moderation

Definition of Done

• [ ] User stories/acceptance criteria met
• [ ] Internal reviews passed (feedback actioned)
• [ ] User testing passed
• [ ] Relevant technical documentation updated
• [ ] User guidance updated
