What's included?

Needs digital-platform #1095 to function

Remove hard limit date for assessments. Allow IA details to be changed after requests have been sent.

Who should test?

✅ Product owner ✅ Developers ✅ UTG

How to test?

Ensure there is no place for assessment hard limits to be entered into exercise details.
Verify that an assessment can be submitted after the due date.
Amend assessor details after request and see that they are reflected under the IA task.

Risk - how likely is this to impact other areas?

🟠 Medium risk - this does change code that is shared with other areas
