Improvements to Reasonable Adjustments (RA) task page

Background

In the process of preparing user guidance, Norma identified a few issues with the RA task page.

Feature(s) Description

• [x] Address display issue circled in the screenshot - possible solution: remove Application: xxxx and make the Full Name of the candidate, at the start of the row, link to the application (it should open in a new window)

• [x] RA applies to and RA allocated dropdowns should both have blank options at the top so that Admins can 'deselect' any options they have chosen

  

• [ ] The number of candidates is not displaying in the statuses dropdown menu after each option - pls remedy

• [x] The total applications number is not correct - it is showing as equal to the number of RAs but should be 651 in this case

  

• [x] Remove the Stages filter

• [x] Add a button 'Mark all candidates as unactioned' as shown below

• [x] The button should have an Are you sure? modal and the effect should be to change the status of all candidates to Unactioned - however, it should leave any RA tasks already allocated to that candidate and the details be preserved and the button under each candidate entry should revert to Mark candidate as actioned

  

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when:

• Admins can select a blank option for both RA applies to and RA allocated dropdowns
• The email address displays clearly without overlapping with any other text onscreen
• Admins can 'reset' all candidates marked as actioned
• The total number of applications is correct
• The number of candidates in each status is displaying at the end of each entry in the statuses filter dropdown

• [ ] Internal reviews passed (feedback actioned)
• [ ] User testing passed
• [ ] Relevant technical documentation updated
• [ ] User guidance updated
• [ ] Deployed and merged without errors

User Testing Steps

1. Ensure you are able to select blank options from the RA applies to and RA allocated dropdowns
2. Confirm that there are no display issues onscreen, e.g. text overlapping
3. Try adding RAs for a QT task for multiple candidates, marking several as actioned and then unactioning all candidates

On a point of clarity, is the trigger for candidates to be included in the RA report that they have selected Yes to Reasonable Adjustments in the personal details section of the application form?

I thought that the numbers box at the top would still have the same headings. What is the difference between these two?
