Store PQE & Relevant Qualifications against candidate profile

Background

Currently, Personal details, Character information, and Equality & Diversity data is stored against the candidate profile on Apply, and when candidates undertake a new application, the data is presented back to them for review and update. We would like to extend this to the PQE & Relevant qualifications sections of the application form.

User Story

As a candidate, I would like my PQE & relevant qualifications to be stored on the platform so that I can review and update them for each new application, rather than having to input afresh each time.

Benefit(s) to user (if not already clear from User story)

Time is saved for candidates by storing information that does not change much between applications, whilst allowing them to update it with each new application.
