Background

Following Tom's work on #2257 and a meeting on 05/06/24, this ticket is to further progress security measures.

User Story

As the Digital team, I would like to implement additional measures on the Virus Scanner so that security measures are heightened.

@tomlovesgithub Adding this question to the ticket: should we be deleting files periodically? If so, on what basis? Possible to check the current size of our storage folder?
