Documenting virus scanner

Background

There is apparently little or no documentation in place describing our virus scanner set-up from an internal user perspective.

User Story

As the Digital team, I would like the virus scanner process to be documented and shared within the team so that all are fully aware of how it operates.

Feature(s) Description

• [ ] Write clear guidance describing our virus scanner set-up, how it operates, and the policies currently prescribed such as where is the virus index compiled from, how frequently it is updated.
• [ ] Share the documentation with the Digital team
• [ ] Signpost the location of the documentation to the team

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when clear virus scanner guidance (as above) has been compiled and shared within the team and is readily available.
