What is it Service Management Suite (SMS)
When was it first added to ServiceNow Unknown, subscribed originally in 2014 on Eureka
When was it last updated YearOrRelease
When was it depreciated YearOrRelease
If it was replaced, with what Service Management Suite v2 (SMS v2)
Proposed State Dead / Replaced

SMS contained the following applications: Asset Management, Case and Knowledge Management, Change Management, Cost Management, Facilities Service Management, Field Service Management, Finance Service Management, Incident Management, Legal Service Management, Marketing Service Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Request Management, Time Card Management, Walk-up Experience, HR Service Management.

I believe that all SMS SKUs have been replaced with ITSM and ITSM Pro. HRSM was also removed and turned into its own product.
