Support custom GIFs as the background image #10

I love this api, and things look great, but I want to apply the text to a gif. Seems the API doesn't show a way to do this with custom images. Is that a feature being worked on yet?

It's not being worked on, but should theoretically be possible: https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/issues/3128
