Clicking the button again doesn't seem to refresh an opened "staged changes.diff" #1

When I stage or unstage changes and have the whole "staged changes.diff" open, it doesn't refresh. That's expected.

But I should be able to click the button by staged changes again and have the editor refresh without closing it first.

This happens on Windows.

I believe this should now be fixed, as of 0.4.7
