Fix vox size #4

This PR fixes the z coord in box and ball shapes.

Whilst we're at it, after having used vislor for a while, I conclude that the inflation of the ball radius (0.8 of the voxel width, rather than 0.5) does more harm that good. So you could you please change that as well?
