GUI function to create new analysis #12

There's already a function that creates a new analysis from the command line, but it would be nice to have something in the GUI as well.

This is no longer needed. LauePy now starts out with a pre-loaded set of parameters, and anything that would change the directory is automatically used to make a new output directory upon saving
