Setting this option can seriously slow down libdiscid queries on some combinations of CD's and drives At least, there should be a way to disable it.

Fixed in commit 8846b308e59ea7726bf0fcf66f544560fdcfc6d0

Add --no-toc-mcn --no-toc-isrc to the commandline to seriously speed up reading the TOC of an old CD that doesn't have MCN or ISRC data.
