python3-mb: encoder progress is broken #32

I did not understand the encoder progress code when porting to Python 3, and had to disable it. It should be restored for lame, oggenc and flac, and implemented for fdk-aac.

Fixed in 6c9b36d5eab497e9f486c284c3489c0edababc69 and some other previous commits.
