OSCQuery support? #82

After watching the two OSSIA talks at LAC2020, it comes to mind that if JACK Mixer were to have support for OSCQuery it would provide a solution for the automation/sequencing of JACK audio mixing and routing

I personally won't work on this, since I think it's outside the feature scope of jack_mixer and would be better implemented by an external MIDI-to-OSC bridge.

I'm open to consider and review PRs implementing this feature, though, so I'll leave this open for a few weeks / months. I'm not in favour of leaving issues open indefinitely, so if nobody offers to take this up, I'll close this as wontfix eventually (can always be re-opened if somebody offers an implementation).
