Add Install instructions for ArchLinux (AUR) #69

I would like to see the addition of my AUR package of this software. present in the README. So its easier for archlinux users to find.

Thank you for making the AUR package! This is something I wanted to explore earlier (when I was experimenting with Open Build Service), but never got around to doing.

I have been considering putting all my DEBIAN and RPM packaging files into a directory on this repository (maybe something like ./build or ./package).

When I do that, would you like to add the contents of appanvil-git there (and libappanvil-git for the libappanvil repo)? This way we could have all the packaging files in one place. You might even be able to use the generated .desktop file from jack-ullery/AppAnvil#68
