Bluetooth: GSM can not use bluetooth after CSipSimple used bluetooth connection once #2281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open CSipSimple
2. Make call
3. After call is established, switch on the Bluetooth connection to headset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bluetooth works fine in CSipSimple but afterwards (after ending the call)
Bluetooth is not longer working in GSM calls (worked well before). I have to
uninstall / reinstall CSipSimple or reboot the phone to make Bluetooth work
with GSM calls again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Alcatell OT 918D with Gingerbread 2.3.5 (rooted). Using nightly builds as well
as 0.004-04-r1916.

Please provide any additional information below.
Problem might correspond to issue 1430 but for there are GSM calls not
mentioned I opend a new issue. Additional information: After CSipSimple used
Bluetooth for the first time, GSM calls opens connection to headset (hearing
something in the headset - but falls back to speaker after about 1 second. GSM
nonetheless assumes phone is connected to BT). This only happens as long as
CSipSimple is registered.

I re-tested with the newer version from play store.
- The BT headset ALWAYS works fine with CSS.
- After a reboot, when CSS is not running, BT works fine with GSM.
- While CSS is running, regardless if there ever was a call in CSS, GSM cannot
use the BT headset.
- After I shut down CSS, I can call using BT.
- When being called over GSM after shutting down CSS, sometimes the first call
does not work.
- Power cycling the BT headset after shutting down CSS clears all problems with
GSM

The Problems when using GSM (while CSS is running / the first call after) are:
- call comes in fine, but bluetooth does not auto-connect.
- when I click bluetooth in the dialer, the headset is connected (I can hear a
slight cracking), the dialer color changes and I have no tone on the headset
and the mic is off
- Even switching BT back off, neither I nor my communication partner have sound
- Switching to speaker does not work as well

Same problem on Samsung Galaxy Duos GT-S7582. I noticed following:
1. After making a GSM call. Bluetooth remains from 2 to 5 seconds.
2. CSS automatically shuts down when GSM call established. (it automatically
re-register after GSM call finished)
3. I suspect Bluetooth loose as a result of CSS automatically shuts down
process.
