Patch for El Torito INT 0x13, AX=0x4B01, DL=*

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. map two .ISOs, one as (0xA0) and one as (0xA1).  map --hook them.
2. Boot DOS from device (hd33) or (0xA1).
3. DOS ElTorito.sys driver will find and use 0xA0 instead of 0xA1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see the directory contents of the device that was booted from 
GRUB4DOS.

What version of the product are you using?

0.4.5c

Please provide any additional information below.

A 'git format-patch' patch is attached and can be applied to the source tree 
with 'git am'.
