2013-03-02 border now has black background

color black/cyan red/yellow light-red/light-blue white/light-cyan

the border characters have a black background!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
background should be same colour as text background (cyan).

Was OK in previous versions! Border arrow character fix 117 has broken this

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
