add German description for Fastlane #3

Some updates for your Fastlane metadata. I've intentionally split it into 3 separate commits so you can cherry-pick if you wish – or simply squash all into one commit if you prefer that.

Thanks for merging! Will be checked by my updater whenever a new release was made, and changes will be pulled along then. If you want to build upon this (e.g. adding per-release changelogs), be welcome to check with my Fastlane Cheat Sheet. Should you add new "element types" (like mentioned changelogs), please let me know so I tell my updater to check for those, too.
