Adapter to use copilot chat

Copilot chat is out and I would prefer using it inside neovim instead of duplicating the costs.

Adding an upvote here. My job has an enterprise partnership with Github for Copilot, and it's the only allowed AI. I imagine that won't be an uncommon scenario for developers.
